The last coffee in 2012. At McDonalds. How sad is that? But the 31st of December wasn’t that bad at all. The year was. But it’s over now and I’m looking forward to 2013. The last day of the year was very nice. We slept long and than we decided to go “sightseeing”. We drove to Vienna to see the Wotruba church. Aircraft Museum Belgrade, Serbia (How to improve Sony RX100 RAWs)

Another business trip. This time it’s Belgrade in Serbia. Late November 2012. Cold, grey and wet. Beside a couple of shots I took during a walk through the center I did not take a lot of images. When we went to the airport to get home we saw an old airplane museum. I loved the look of the building, my colleague loves planes and we got some time to kill so we went there.  Continue reading

Rattle and Hum, Thoughts about the X-Pro 1

I got my Fuji X100 in September 2011 but it became my most used camera in that year. Even more impressive when you consider that it had the sticky aperture blade – problem, needed to be sent to Germany for repair and missed a trip to Moscow.

It was also by far my most used camera in 2012 but I doubt that it will be my most used camera in 2013 and the reason is simple: I got myself the Fuji X-Pro 1 for Christmas. Continue reading
