What’s In The Bag?

FUJIFILM X-T1 (46.3mm, f/16, 1/1 sec, ISO200)

Or bags. Now I have three camera bags in use. One is a PeakDesign Everyday Backbag 30l that holds my Nikon Z8 plus the zooms and the fast primes:

  • Nikon Z8
  • Nikon Z 14-24mm F 2.8 S
  • Nikon Z 24-120mm F 4 S
  • Viltrox AF 28mm F 1.8 Z
  • Nikon Z 50mm F 1.8 S

newest entry is a Peakdesign Everyday Sling 6l that holds my Nikon Zf plus small the prime lenses:

  • Nikon Zf
  • Viltrox AF 20mm F 2.8 Z
  • Nikon Z 26mm F 2.8
  • Nikon Z 40mm F 2.0

and finally my old ThinkTank Retrospective 5 with my all time favourite gear from Fuji:

  • Fuji X-Pro2
  • Fuji XF 14mm F 2.8 R
  • Fuji XF 23mm F 2 R WR
  • Fuji XF 35mm F 1.4 R

Yes I realised that I practically almost copied my Fuji gear with Nikon just one year after I have purchased my Nikon Z8. There is something special about retro style cameras and small camera/lens combos.

I got out my luggage scale to weigh the different bags. The Nikon Z8 gear is 5,50kg, the Nikon Zf bag is 2,05kg and the Fuji X-Pro2 setup is 2,30kg so a little heavier than my Zf mainly because of the four spare batteries.
