My second day in KL. We went to the Batu Caves late afternoon. This is a truly beautiful place. There is a massive golden statue, the 272 steep steps to the upper caves and finally  all the temples in the area. A picturesque and exotic place especially for a european catholic like me. South East Asia in a Fortnight

I just came back from a two week business trip in South East Asia. As mentioned in my previous post it was my first time in Asia and I was deeply impressed. Everything is colorful and full of life. Even though I just visited the big cities ( Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Bangkok, Manila and Jarkata ) I got a first idea about Asia. I sure will return.

Going Home

Saturday the 17th of March, Airport of Jakarta, Indonesia about 7pm. I’m sitting at the gate waiting for boarding and think about the last two weeks. I travel a lot for business but I never got that far. This business trip brought me to Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines and to Indonesia. What a journey! Continue reading
