After breakfast and before our first meeting there was temple time again. This time a Thai temple. A rather small one. A temple for the people not spoilt by tourists. I was the exception that morning.

It gave me a first idea of what to expect in Bangkok. Lot’s of gold paint and smiling faces though the lady reminds me on Medusa just before transformation. The hair already looks like snakes.

After work we had a late night dinner. I was already very hungry so we did not go very far from the hotel. We went to a Malay fast food chain I would like to see in Austria too. It’s called “Old Town White Coffee”. The name is misleading today because you can get very good food there too not just coffee. I really loved it and I also like the drink. Sweetened soy milk with a can of grass jelly. The Jelly acts like little snakes which makes the whole thing very funny to drink through a straw. It also helps to take away the spiciness of the food.
