Regarding outdoor shops we just love Bass Pro Shop and REI. Here are some images taken in the Bass Pro Shop in Rancho Cucamonga. Sounds exotic but it’s just a town East of Los Angeles.

These Bass Pro Shops are huge. Even the “smaller” ones are impressive. There are plenty of stuffed animals here too but no giraffe bull or hunting lions like in the one in Las Vegas.
There is clothing, fishing rods, boats and of course guns, guns, guns.

The animal highlight in this Bass Pro shop was the little bear family. I didn’t buy anything but my wife got her favourite outdoor trousers that she can’t get in Austria. Happy wife – happy life.
Next stop: In-N-Out Burger. Simply the best burger chain. I love their menu: double-double (their double cheese burger), cheese burger, hamburger, fries. That’s what I call efficient. Nobody in front of you that wonders what he should take today. Excellent! All burger joints should be like that. And the meat is fresh (was never frozen!) and the fries are made here too. I wish we would have this chain in Austria.

In the evening we went to the third institution: Walmart. Those giant supermarkets where you can get literally everything. Walmart is also the biggest company regarding the number of employees. According to Wikipedia more than 2 million people work for Walmart. We just stocked on bottled water and snacks before we got back to our hotel.
Next to our hotel was a big super charger station with solar roofs which made my final picture of this day: Superchargers at sunset.
