Warner Bro part two. The self guided tour. Which admittedly sounded way cooler than museum.

After we had a coffee we continued our tour. There is a lot of information and artefacts that show Warners rich history. From old to most recent like the costume from the Elvis movie.

There are story boards, gowns worn by the most famous actresses, the piano from Casablanca plus Ingrid Bergmann’s costume but I think the real stars of the show are the sets from Friends and the Big Bang Theory. You can have your picture taken on the couch from the Perks Cafe and you can sit on Sheldons side of the sofa.

Of course you can later purchase your pictures. The price does not necessarily correspond with the artistic value of the images but who cares. You will most likely never get the opportunity to get a picture of you sitting in iconic sitcom sets.

And there is Batman of course. Costumes and vehicles. From 80s madness of big car with small penis to ridiculous bike to the rather cool muscle car from “The Batman”. The Batman movie for people who think that Cristopher Nolan interpretation are pretty good but needed to be darker and have more rain.

And there is a big Harry Potter section but we skipped that part because we haven’t read the books or watched the films.

We looked forward to the museum shop because we wanted to buy some cool souvenirs for our friends but we could not find anything except a fridge magnet. Strange! Not even a cool hat or a T-shirt. But that was just the start of our journey. I would get a lot of cool T-shirts and even a hat later in our trip.

Time to leave the city, time to move on.
