Truck Country

Unfortunately I were too late for blue hour. I still tried to get the shot of a passing truck in front of the Route 66 motel in Kingman.

Two years before I took almost the same shot but in much better light. If you come too late for the famous blue hour there is not much you can do. It’s like missing a sunset. No camera can compensate for poor light. But the shot and especially the one below and the one in front of the Sonic are cool enough to justify a blog post. Just in case you ask yourself if there are just trucks and cool cars from the 70s and 80s. Of course not but I just  don’t push the shutter button if a Prius passes by.

I love trucks and this is the heartland of the pick up truck.
