As you grow older life gets more complicated. The year 2025 was complicated and sometimes tough but it has a happy ending.
This is the first time since we moved into our house on the outskirts of Vienna (almost 20 years ago) that we have a White Christmas.
Snow at Christmas Eve is something truly special if you don’t live in the mountains. It wasn’t always like that. When I was a kid there was snow from November to February, March. It was very likely to have a White Christmas. Nowadays we hardly have any snow at all at the lower altitudes.
Merry Christmas! Magic can still happen – never give up!
PS: This image was taken early morning. It is still snowing and at the end of the day all will be white.
