Bimbimbap

Most of the times a business lunch is not so hot. Usually you either go to a small restaurant close by or even in the canteen. This lunch in Seoul was different.

We went to a restaurant very close to the office building. We had a quick lunch there but it consisted in three courses and it was simply excellent. First course was kimchi, second was steak cooked at the table which was excellent but the last course was my favourite: Bimbimbap made of marinated raw beef, egg, some spices and rice.

The last five years I have travelled a lot in Asia and while the food in many countries is excellent I think Korea is ranked very close to the top.

PS: All images shot with my new Fuji X100F. I bought the X100 when it first came out  2011. It was my gateway drug into Fuji. Since than I owned the X Pro-1, X-T1 and now the X Pro-2 but I always wanted another X100 again. This year I finally got one again. The ultimate big sensor compact camera!
