Coming Back

Back to Palm Springs. I don’t know why but we love the place. That’s why we keep coming back.

Those shots are from 2014. Not sure if they are still allowed to water the greens beside the road. We arrived late afternoon, dropped our stuff at the hotel and went for dinner and a walk in the center.

We passed Lulu. A restaurant where you can have Kobe beef burger. I had ti try it – of course in medium rare. It was great. We also recognized a small museum but it was closed for renovation. Next time.

Last shots show the traffic. Of course I waited for a truck, the Ferrari was a bonus. Thanks to the super fast lens I was able to shoot at a rather low ISO or in case of the second shot with a short shutter speed.

Zoom lenses are great and flexible but nothing can beat a truly fast lens.
